Australian trained physiotherapist dedicated to evidence-based treatment approaches and science driven movement retraining.

With a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Certificate of Sports Physiotherapy from La Trobe University, Elle possesses an expert knowledge of anatomy, physiology and bio-mechanics. Elle does not practice as a licensed United States Physical Therapist, instead integrates her extensive clinical experience and education to provide comprehensive bio-mechanical assessments to develop personalized and goal-oriented training.

Growing up in Australia, Elle participated in a variety of athletic endeavors with a particular focus on running, swimming and netball. After first-hand experience with a myriad of injuries Elle was driven to investigate the science behind human bodies, igniting her passion for physiotherapy. After working for many years at a leading sports medicine clinic in Melbourne, Elle relocated to New York City and translated her physiotherapy clinical skills to movement retraining, to optimize form and function.

Post-graduate studies emphasized the importance of neuromuscular control and the elements of muscle activation, recruitment, patterning and functional coordination. Enlisting a comprehensive assessment and analysis of her client’s movement patterns Elle formulates strategies to improve posture, prevent injuries and optimize performance.

Whatever your need; rehabilitation, injury prevention, pre-natal, post-natal, strength training, conditioning, pilates, cardio and toning work-outs, Elle tailors each session to ensure your body is delivered the training it requires, safely and efficiently.
